Privacy Policy
Effective May 2026
1. Introduction
This platform represents the private executive profile of Manny Rodriguez. Communications received by email, telephone, or WhatsApp are treated as privileged and confidential information. This policy explains how such information is handled.
2. Information collected
Only information you choose to share when initiating contact is collected: your name, contact details, organization, and the nature of your inquiry. No advertising tracking cookies are used, no commercial profiles are built, and no data is sold to third parties.
3. Confidentiality and non-disclosure
All communications are confidential by default. For sensitive mandates, strategic alliances, or investment opportunities, conversations proceed under a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request. Identities, materials, and discussions are never shared with third parties without prior written consent.
4. Retention
Communication records are retained only as long as necessary to address the inquiry or to comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by writing to Mrodriguez [at] cppb [dot] us.
5. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational security measures are applied to protect received information. No transmission over the Internet is fully secure; by initiating contact through this platform you acknowledge this inherent risk.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe and, in all cases, in accordance with applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA, Fla. Stat. § 501.171), the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. § 501.701 et seq.) where applicable, and U.S. federal requirements such as the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701) for electronic communications.
7. Latin America and cross-border transfers
Because mandates routinely involve counterparties across the Americas, information you provide may be processed in the United States and transmitted to or from jurisdictions including the Dominican Republic, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. Such processing is conducted in accordance with applicable local data protection laws, including Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), Mexico’s LFPDPPP, Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012, Panama’s Law 81 of 2019, the Dominican Republic’s Law 172-13, and Argentina’s Law 25.326. By contacting this platform you consent to the cross-border transfer of your information solely for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.
8. Children’s privacy
This platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age and does not knowingly collect information from minors, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. § 6501).
9. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local Latin American data-protection law grants rights that exceed those described here, those rights apply to the data subjects located in the relevant jurisdiction.
