All communications and engagements are conducted in compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1 et seq.), applicable U.S. Treasury OFAC sanctions programs, and the equivalent anti-bribery and anti-money- laundering frameworks of the Latin American jurisdictions involved (including Brazil’s Clean Companies Act, Law 12.846/2013, Mexico’s General Law of the National Anticorruption System, and Colombia’s Law 1778 of 2016).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this platform shall be the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws of a Latin American jurisdiction grant a user rights that cannot be waived, those rights are preserved for users located in that jurisdiction.
